Planning documents of regional development policy
Strategic framework of regional development policy includes following strategic documents:
Information on documents prepared to be valid until 2020, are available at Strategic document until 2020. Strategic documents valid from 2011 are available at site Strategic document from 2011. In many cases integrated or multi-sectoral strategic documents were also prepared at the lower territorial levels. Many local self-government units also have their development strategies.
Additionally, during implementation of pre-assistance programme IPA first strategies of Local action group (LAGs) were developed. Local development strategies in new programming period will be implemented within Measure 19 of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia 2014-2020. Designing legal framework for strategic planning system
Strategies of different sectors often follow different methodology. Lack of harmony and coherence in the strategic planning is planned to be solved with designing system for strategic planning and development management. RFSC - Reference Framework for Sustainable Cities provide an on-line tool designed as support for preparation of integrated strategic documents freely available at: http://www.rfsc.eu/ Tools are initially intended to be used by towns (and municipalities) but can also help other users to develop any integrated territorial strategies. Framework includes three tools: 1. Check your strategy 2. Assess your project 3. Monitor your progress Within 5 dimensions: 1. Spatial 2. Governance 2. Social 3. Economy and 4. Environment there are 30 goals of sustainable urban development linked to selected indicators. |
